As Head of Brand, you will revolutionize the Trade Republic brand to ensure that the app is accessible to all and an app for “everyone”. As a key executive and an integral part of Trade Republic, you will work closely together with other senior leaders, contributing to strategic decision-making and collaborating with departments all throughout Trade Republic.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As Head of Brand, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the development and execution of the company’s brand strategy. Your specific tasks might include the following:
Lead all Brand topics across all markets and channels at Trade Republic
Set the vision for, build, and lead, a best-in-class brand function, including the management, direction, and oversight of all key brand roles and disciplines
Lead the development and execution of extensive brand strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives and drive brand awareness and customer loyalty
Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership on brand-related projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, design, and executive leadership
Oversee the creation and management of brand guidelines, including brand tone of voice, visual identity, and brand personality to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
Foster a culture of innovation and improvement within your team, encouraging high-performance and creative thinking
Partner with internal stakeholders and oversee brand campaigns and initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with the overall strategy
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Proven strategic and executional brand building experience in a senior-level position with at least 8 years of experience, preferably in tech or high growth environments
Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to translate complex business objectives into brand strategies
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple teams
Deeply analytical expertise with a structured, KPI and metric-driven approach to problem solving
Strong leader, coach, and manager, with a proven track record in attracting, recruiting, managing, and developing outstanding talent
Proficiency in English, German beneficial
