Your Mission

We are looking for a Mechatronics Technician / Electrician / Mechanic for Robot Assembly (m/f/d)
to assemble the best robotic modules and help RobCo become Europe’s leading provider of automation solutions for SMBs. Backed by over €50 million in funding from renowned VCs such as Sequoia Capital and Lightspeed, as well as top-tier business angels like Daniel Dines and Torsten Reil, we are well-positioned to bring our vision to life.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assembly: Expert assembly of robotic modules in our modern production facility and newly designed office in the heart of Munich.
• Final Assembly and Commissioning: Performing final assembly and initial commissioning of robots to ensure their functionality.
• Quality Control: Conducting end-of-line and in-process inspections to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.
• Documentation: Creating and optimizing documentation and manuals to ensure smooth workflows.
• Continuous Improvement: Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and workplace optimization.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with our planning and procurement teams to ensure a seamless production process.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, electrician, mechanic, or a comparable qualification in an industrial setting.
• Your working style is characterized by quality, structure, and independence.
• You thrive in teamwork and are open to constructive feedback.
• You approach tasks proactively and are motivated to drive continuous improvements.
• You enjoy working with digital tools in a production environment.
• Terms such as lean management, 5S, Kanban systems, and continuous improvement are familiar to you.
• Ideally, you have experience with tools like Notion, Xentral, or other production planning tools—or are eager to learn them.
• Fluent German language skills (spoken and written) complete your profile.
