Job Description:

What you’ll do:

1. Lead key design discussions and architecture discussions for large scale manufacturing transformations. Run End-to-End design authorities to ensure compliance and mitigate risk through the project.
2. Conduct business process analysis or lead the design/construction phase of the project.
3. Create templates and artifacts for reusability and automation to decrease implementation lifecycle, reduce errors post go-live, and support efficient operations.
4. Support development of detailed business process blueprints for specific domains and sub-verticals by collaborating with team members.
5. Create and update procedural and system documentation throughout the project. Develop detailed tasks within the overall project plan.
6. Ensure knowledge transfer with the customer project team. Demonstrate thought leadership in Manufacturing Planning Solutions and apply knowledge to customer situations.
7. Communicate and support business cases to PMG and PD regarding trends for future product functionality and enhancements.
8. Develop functional specifications for modifications, interfaces, reports, and screens aligned with customer objectives and sound design principles.
9. Advise customers on industry best practices and process methodologies. Support during 'go-live' and knowledge transfer phases.
10. Coordinate with stakeholders including consultants, business users, IT, PMO, Change team, Cloud, and Product teams to realize business objectives and value.
11. Own the end-to-end solution and application architecture to deliver business value. Maintain knowledge of technical integration architecture and support design discussions with technical architects.
12. Perform solution validation, data flow, interface, workflow, report testing, and performance testing. Manage Jira and case tickets, providing feedback on defects and enhancements.
13. Participate in key meetings with project managers, customer contacts, and executives, serving as a functional liaison.
14. Understand how to configure and deliver BY solutions to optimize customer processes and ensure successful design, execution, and delivery.
