You can look forward to

  • Organisation of the day-to-day business of the department manager
  • Creation and preparation of presentations
  • Preparation and follow-up of business trips including appointment coordination, travel bookings, visa applications, travel expense reports, etc.
  • Organisation, preparation and follow-up of meetings and internal and external events
  • Preparation of minutes
  • Carrying out classic secretarial tasks such as material procurement, mail processing, invoice processing

You come equipped with

  • Several years of relevant professional experience in the assistant or secretarial field in an international company
  • Commercial training or similar professionally qualifying qualifications
  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint
  • German and English at a business fluent level combined with strong communication skills
  • Planning and organisational talent, affinity for numbers, conscientiousness and a high level of service orientation
