As a Team Leader – Sourcing, you will partner a leader in Pharma sector, interpreting resourcing plans and defining role requirements, you will develop imaginative sourcing options that are precisely right for each role recruited. That could mean using networking, headhunting, social networks or even something entirely new. The choice (and the responsibility) is yours. You will go on to inspire your team of Sourcing specialists to deliver those strategies to maximum effect and ensure we meet client expectations time after time.

- What you’ll be doing:
- • Managing and developing a diverse sourcing team based in multiple EMEA locations, mostly remotely.
- • Training, coaching & advising your team to build its technical and strategic capability.
- • Recognizing and rewarding growth, building team engagement.
- • Playing positive role model, proactively leading the team to think strategically and adapt to changes and new initiatives.
- • Establishing meaningful connections with team members, stakeholders, and client by demonstrating authenticity, empathy, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- • Providing support to the team to develop targeted sourcing plans, ensuring they can bring insights driven solutions to recruitment challenges.
- • Work with the Manager to continually identify ways to improve the service delivery, driving a culture of continuous improvement and ideas sharing.
Our requirements
- • Fluency in English and French both written and spoken.
- • Sourcing expertise with experience of proactive sourcing techniques and strategies.
- • Nuanced awareness and knowledge of French labour markets trends.
- • Experience of working within pharma industry, would be ideal.
- • Confident and articulate when communicating with stakeholders at a senior level.
- • Previous experience in managing a team of Sourcers, creating development plans, ensuring succession plans are in place.
- • Possess the ability to energize and guide teams toward shared goals through a confident, positive, and engaging demeanor.
