Salary: DOE 80k + bonus (up to 2 months)

Start: ASAP

Location: Frankfurt OR Dusseldorf, Germany (Office based)

Benefit: 28-30 days (increasing by 1 day each year, max. 30 days)

Main Responsibilities:

• Main point of contact for existing and potential customers regarding technical issues and gear solutions
• Collaborate with R&D in Japan to analyze and develop solutions
• Work with sales to seek business opportunities and acquire new clients
• Demonstrate gear solutions at customer sites and via online meetings
• Handle technical questions, create documentation, and prepare proposal packages
• Conduct gear courses at customer sites or in Düsseldorf / Frankfurt
• Perform NVH analysis and testing on automotive components and systems

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field
• At least 3 years of NVH engineering experience, preferably in automotive industry
• Specialization in NVH or sound design
• Proficiency in NVH testing equipment and software (e.g., LMS Test.Lab, Brüel & Kjær)
• Strong understanding of vibration analysis, acoustics, and modal analysis
• Experience with simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, Nastran)
• Fluency in German and English; Japanese is a plus
