About the role

We are looking for an SAP Solution Architect to join our dedicated EPAM team and engage in technology-driven activities. As an SAP Solution Architect, you will have the opportunity to work in a leading software engineering and IT consulting company. If you seek to gain extensive professional experience and expand your knowledge, we welcome you onboard.

With nearly thirty years of close collaboration with SAP, EPAM has been involved in engineering many of SAP's enterprise product releases, helping them develop and bring products to market over the decades.

Responsibilities

1. Build and lead a team of SAP experts, providing guidance and support.
2. Ensure technical and functional leadership, develop future-proof architecture, and maintain quality standards.
3. Provide expertise in SAP configuration, customization, and integration.
4. Create comprehensive solution architectures integrating SAP S/4HANA, SAP PI, and BRF+ to optimize data integration and revenue processes.
5. Manage customer expectations and relationships, addressing issues in collaboration with the Account Manager.
6. Lead technical delivery, ensuring sound, scalable architecture and quality compliance.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
2. 8+ years of experience in SAP consulting and engineering, focusing on SAP S/4HANA.
3. Proficiency in SAP PI for data integration and SAP BRF+ for business rules.
4. Deep knowledge of SAP product portfolio, architecture, configuration, and customization.
5. Proactive, self-motivated, with a passion for staying updated on SAP technologies and industry trends.
6. Experience with agile methodologies and project management.
7. Leadership skills and experience in client interactions.
8. Fluent in English and German.
