You can expect the following

• Design planning and final planning in service phases 2–5 according to HOAI
• Creation of digital building plans as a self-sufficient area of responsibility
• Specialist planning coordination and integration
• Contribute to the further development of BIM planning at HENN and the Science & Healthcare division

You bring along

• A degree in architecture
• Professional experience in planning international projects, preferably in science & healthcare
• Enjoyment in drafting and design in all HOAI phases
• Proficient with the BIM method, as well as with Autodesk Revit and Adobe CS
• Inquisitiveness about digital, sustainable planning processes
• Advanced language skills in German and English
