Responsibilities

As a Content Creator Video & Audio in the Video Production team, you will play a crucial role in creating compelling and impactful video content that showcases our brand and engages our audience. This is your opportunity to contribute to and promote E.ON's position as a playmaker in the energy sector.

Meaningful & challenging - Your tasks

• Conceptualize, plan, realize, and produce innovative motion picture formats from start to finish.
• Combine storytelling methods with creative concepts and scripts aligning with E.ON's brand identity and objectives.
• Monitor the production process to ensure optimal implementation, design, and visibility.
• Develop existing and new technologies to optimize and expand the portfolio.
• Responsible for visual design and setup in productions.
• Operate audio equipment (microphone, Midas), camera equipment (Cambot - Robocam - PTZ), and image mixing systems (KAIROS).
• Handle post-production tasks, including audio, color grading, music, SFX, subtitles, etc., with multi-camera editing.
• Create virtual sets in Unreal Engine (VR, Zero Density).
• Consider CI elements and design specifications.
• Maintain equipment.
• Implement continuous improvement methods and process optimizations.
• Participate in cross-departmental exchanges to increase visibility and enhance collaboration.

Authentic & ambitious - Your profile

• Proven experience as a Content Creator Video & Audio or similar role.
• Proficiency in camera operation and familiarity with sound, lighting, and other equipment on set.
• Several years of experience in scene composition, editing, audio engineering, animation, and color grading.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe CC Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator), Davinci Resolve, and Unreal Engine.
• Familiarity with various platforms to adapt content accordingly.
• Excel in live multi-camera editing (splitscreen, live switching) and skilled in design and framing.
• Experience with various editing systems (DVR, Premiere, AVID) and proficiency in 2D and 3D graphic animation (e.g., Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine).
• Deep understanding of timing, framing, formats, and storytelling.
• Experience in audio mixing, automation, automix, compression, and ducking.
• Proficient in operating mobile EB equipment.
• Flexible in terms of availability and location.
• Self-reliant, organized, and reliable work approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international cross-functional teams and stakeholders (German and English).
• Ability to manage and resolve escalations promptly.
• Willingness to learn new trends and technologies due to the rapidly changing environment.
