Inside Sales Representatives – Wound Closure – Remote

As part of a team expansion project across the EU, IQVIA is recruiting for several remote Inside Sales positions in Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands on behalf of our client - a highly respected global company renowned for its innovation and success within pharmaceutical, consumer health and medical device sectors.

In these roles, you will connect with healthcare professionals via virtual channels to generate leads at the start of the sales process, which will then be followed up by your field-based colleagues. Your target customers will be orthopaedic surgeons, with the aim of inspiring interest in an innovative range of knotless sutures that offer significant clinical and economic benefits.

Key tasks include:

  • Analyzing customer data to identify needs, opportunities, and to qualify and convert leads
  • Promoting suitable product solutions based on customer needs and usage possibilities
  • Educating customers on product benefits and online tools
  • Engaging proactively to generate interest and advance leads to opportunities
  • Qualifying and generating leads before handing over to field representatives
  • Converting inbound marketing leads to qualified opportunities
  • Handling customer objections to facilitate trials
  • Managing and progressing leads through the sales funnel to secure trials
  • Handover to field reps, leveraging existing relationships to build trust
  • Setting targets for lead generation activities with field reps and marketing
  • Managing inventory, suggesting product codes, and coordinating with customer service for optimal customer experience

Requirements:

We seek candidates with:

  • Excellent communication and engagement skills, persistent, target-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Experience in face-to-face or remote sales or customer-focused roles preferred
  • Strong IT skills and experience with remote sales tools preferred
  • Understanding of the local healthcare market preferred
  • University degree in healthcare, marketing, or related field
  • Residency and full-time work eligibility in the country
  • Fluency in the local language and good English skills (training in English)
