What we are looking for:

We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Accountant to join our team in Tbilisi. The Finance Team ensures smooth, compliant financial operations and supports strategic decision-making through accurate financial data and analysis.

• Manage daily financial accounting and oversee payment processes.
• Prepare financial reports in compliance with local accounting standards.
• Coordinate financial operations with local tax authorities and external consultants.
• Provide insights for cost optimization and process improvements.
• Act as the main point of contact for financial matters within the Georgian office.

Basic Qualifications:

• Strong listening, logical reasoning, follow-through, and excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Easy to work with and collaborative.
• Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial accounting.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Georgian is a plus.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Highly organized with strong administrative capabilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with Georgian tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting software.
• Knowledge of international accounting standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
