Amazon, one of the world's leaders in e-commerce, is looking for a Deal Account Manager to join its Third-Party Marketplace support team based in Milan, IT.

Your role will focus on partnering with high-potential retailers in the Fashion industry in Germany to help grow their online businesses. You will also work as part of an EU Fashion Deal team to ensure the delivery of strategic projects that maximize both Customer Experience and sales.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Deliver on a yearly promotions calendar with high-potential fashion merchants in the UK, Italy, and Spain, owning the Marketplace Softlines promotions recruitment target across these countries.
  2. Ensure the execution of deals across major events (Spring Sale, Prime Day, End of Summer Sale, Black Friday/Cyber Monday), coordinating with EU account managers and local/category product managers to meet targets for Germany.
  3. Act as project owner for strategic projects aimed at improving sales, Customer, and Seller Experience on Amazon Fashion.
  4. Track and report business development results and perform deep-dive analyses to identify and fix issues, improving sales performance.
  5. Promote the use of Amazon's promotions tools and systems to sellers and internal stakeholders.
  6. Prioritize your time effectively to achieve targets in a KPI-driven environment.

Working within one of Amazon's fastest-growing product categories, you'll have the chance to partner with high-potential brands and retailers across various teams. The ideal candidate will exemplify Amazon's leadership principles such as Deliver Results, Earn Trust, Bias for Action, and Invent and Simplify. This role offers an opportunity to develop Think Big and Dive Deep skills while helping to shape the future strategy for Amazon Fashion.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales, marketing, e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay methods for small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders at all levels, especially at the executive level.
  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
