Job Description

Your Tasks

• Provide ongoing legal advice to all specialist departments of the Belectric Group (both national and international).
• Support the Sales and Business Development departments in contract negotiations (EPC, O&M, Project development, PPA).
• Structure and implement M&A transactions.
• Analyze and assess legal risks and evaluate industry developments from a legal perspective.
• Coordinate with and select domestic and foreign law firms and notary offices for specialized legal issues.

Your Profile

• Completed law studies with a degree as a fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) (2nd state examination).
• Several years of professional experience in a corporate legal department, ideally in renewable energies.
• Ability to assess legal issues considering commercial and economic aspects relevant to the company.
• Experience in international projects and confident dealings with international clients and suppliers.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office.
• Fluent in English; additional languages like Spanish or Italian are an advantage.
• Team player (m/f/d) with strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, as well as an analytical and structured approach to work.
