Job Description:

Vattenfall is seeking a Development Manager T&I Engineering to join our Transportation & Installation Engineering team within the Business Area Wind, Offshore, Project Delivery & Engineering. The role supports offshore wind projects during their development phase, leading T&I concepts across all installation packages and supporting Technical Project Managers.

Responsibilities include creating T&I set-ups and budgets for development projects, developing and maintaining future potentials, collaborating with suppliers on new methodologies, and managing interfaces with stakeholders to facilitate swift issue resolution.

Location options include Amsterdam, Kolding, and Hamburg.

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree or equivalent in offshore Transport and Installation with at least 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in regulated industries such as offshore, renewables, oil and gas, or chemical industries.
• Experience with offshore wind T&I methodologies or related fields like Oil & Gas is preferred.
• Proven experience in executing T&I projects, including target setting, planning, risk management, and budgeting.
• Strong technical understanding, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly.
• Self-motivated, resilient, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks under challenging deadlines.
• Alignment with core principles: Active, Open, Positive, and Safety.
