Responsibilities

• Deep understanding of Federal Building Codes (Baugesetzbuch (BauGB)) / State Building Codes (Landesbauordnung - LBO)
• Knowledge of DIN norms (Deutsches Institut für Normung)
• Familiarity with Local Zoning Plans (Bebauungsplan)
• High analytical skills to analyze business requirements for permit automation
• Ability to prepare and present business use cases
• Understanding customer and product requirements by interacting with target markets/customers
• Prepare documents to propose customization requirements in software products
• Basic written and verbal communication skills in English and expert-level communication skills in German
• Hands-on experience using standard CAD and BIM products
• Preference for candidates who have worked as Business Analysts in software development companies within the AEC domain
