We also have an extensive portfolio of our own brands in consumer healthcare, sports nutrition, weight management, and healthy nutrition (such as Achterhof, Gymqueen, Bodylab, Vitawell, or VIVE+), marketed online B2C and/or in international retail.

By combining our expertise and resources, we optimize the efficiency, scalability, and functional excellence of our B2B and B2C business across the entire group and all channels. Our success is built on a multi-channel approach, supported by our vertically integrated value chain with our own production base, and continuous growth through our buy and build strategy in Europe.

Your tasks and challenges:
  1. Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and growth
  2. Own the end-to-end process of CRM campaign management — from segmentation and content setup to execution and performance analysis
  3. Implement and optimize marketing automation programs
  4. Create segmentation strategies for personalized messaging
  5. Analyze campaign performance, leverage insights to optimize future initiatives
  6. Develop and execute CRM strategies to nurture customer relationships and boost retention
  7. Collaborate with stakeholders like Brand, BI, Tech, and Customer Support teams
  8. Identify CRM opportunities to enhance onboarding, cross-/up-selling, and reactivation measures
  9. Establish and track KPIs related to retention, reactivation, and CLV
  10. Stay updated with CRM and lifecycle marketing trends and tools
We're looking for you!
  • Completed vocational training or relevant degree
  • 3–4 years experience in email marketing, automation, and lifecycle marketing
  • Strong understanding of segmentation and personalization
  • Data-driven with a track record of optimizing performance
  • Experience with platforms like Emarsys & Klaviyo is a plus
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Proficiency in English & German
