Therefore, the People & Culture team, particularly the HR team of experts, is looking forward to welcoming you as a (Senior) HR Manager Recruitment / Talent Acquisition at ISCC headquarters in Cologne.

The (Senior) HR Manager Recruitment / Talent Acquisition's goal is to oversee and manage the end-to-end hiring process, driving the growth of our group of sister companies by standardizing and optimizing internal processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Your main duties will be :
  1. Act as a sparring partner in recruiting and talent search, supporting our specialist departments from candidate search to hiring.
  2. Responsible for creating action plans and developing recruiting strategies in coordination with the Head of People & Culture.
  3. Create and analyze recruitment and staff growth key figures, and derive measures for continuous improvement.
  4. Manage multichannel recruiting including job advertisements, active sourcing, and cooperation with recruitment agencies.
  5. Support employer branding activities such as job fairs and recruitment agency collaborations.
  6. Manage and shape internal and external selection processes both online and in person.
  7. Serve as the first point of contact for applicants and interested parties.
  8. Address talents individually and in target groups through active sourcing.
  9. Oversee the development of the internal Talent Pool and Database.
  10. Collaborate on overarching HR projects.
  11. Represent our corporate culture and values authentically.
Your profile
  1. University degree (Bachelor) or vocational training in HR or similar field.
  2. At least 5 years of professional experience.
  3. Minimum of 3 years in recruiting, direct search, or related areas.
  4. Excellent communication skills in English and German (at least C1 level).
  5. High initiative, decision-making skills, independent style, and pragmatic hands-on attitude.
  6. Proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook.
  7. Experience with HRIS systems like Personio is advantageous.
  8. Preferred: Experience in personnel services or service-oriented industries.
