Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Senior Trade Marketing Manager in daily activities
• Service marketing, publicity, and promotional materials to clients
• Coordinate marketing materials (images, press kits, EPKs, on-air materials, merchandise)
• Monitor and coordinate promotional activities across media; assist clients with legal clearance
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders
• Handle special trade marketing tasks like Franchise Task Force
• Assist sales team with product presentations
• Support the development and execution of sales events
• Maintain and develop online product placements
• Design advertising elements, graphics, and contests for digital platforms
• Manage agency collaborations with Trade Marketing Managers
• Maintain direct contact with customers and participate in meetings
• Manage smaller projects independently

Required Qualifications/Work Experience:

• Advanced Bachelor's degree or recent degree in economics, business administration, media studies, finance, or related field
• Alternatively, completed apprenticeship in Media, Communications, or Business Administration
• Practical experience, ideally in an international company (internships or working student roles)
• Interest in online & affiliate marketing, films, & TV series
• Fluent in German and English
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Structured, reliable, and committed work style
• Strong communication skills
