As our Community & Language Lead, you'll be the face and voice of Elementor in Germany, fostering a thriving local community of web creators and championing our mission to empower web professionals. This role combines community management, a profound ambition to promote the local web creators community, and a deep understanding of the WordPress ecosystem.

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes Elementor and WordPress. You should be :

• A die-hard Elementor enthusiast who can recite widget names in your sleep
• Obsessed with the WordPress ecosystem, from core updates to the latest plugins
• An active participant in online forums, Facebook groups, and WordPress Slack channels
• Comfortable spending hours tinkering with website designs and troubleshooting CSS
• Excited about empowering others to create beautiful, functional websites

Responsibilities :

1. Build and nurture a vibrant local Elementor community through online forums, social media, and in-person events
2. Review and improve localized Elementor's interface and marketing materials for German
3. Organize and lead local Elementor meetups, workshops, and WordCamps
4. Collaborate with the global Elementor team to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across key assets
5. Identify and cultivate relationships with local WordPress influencers and agencies
6. Contribute to Elementor's product development by providing local market insights and user feedback

Requirements :

1. Native proficiency in German and fluency in English
2. Extensive experience with Elementor and WordPress
3. Proven track record in community management or developer relations
4. Strong communication skills
5. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
6. Passion for web design and staying current with industry trends
