We are looking for a visionary leader as Head of Target Management who will shape CARIAD's strategic direction and liaise with key partners. The role involves translating strategy into organizational targets and working closely with senior management. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, business development skills, and cross-functional experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Define CARIAD's corporate targets and integrate into Group processes
• Set target values and track progress
• Manage derivation and anchoring of targets in management processes
• Lead the transformation program implementation
• Secure management commitment for transformation and target management

• Degree in a technical field, with 7+ years in top-tier consultancy or strategy departments of leading tech companies
• Visionary leadership, mindset, and experience
