As Senior Manager for Market Insights, you will have the opportunity to be a part of our dynamic team to generate insights that drive our Consumer Healthcare (CHC) Business — the fastest growing CHC company in Europe and number 7 worldwide — to deeply understand market trends, consumer needs, competitor moves, and company performance, supporting informed strategies and tactics for greater business impact.
What you can expect:
- You will be responsible for creating, compiling, analyzing, and sharing insights on assigned CHC categories to help identify and characterize growth opportunities and assess our company’s position on the market.
- You will provide deep dive analytics on strategic and important CHC brand topics within assigned categories.
- You will be responsible for creating meaningful and insightful dashboards using internal and external data sources.
- You will review and challenge the CHC brand business objectives to develop, manage, and execute market research plans.
- You will lead all primary market research in assigned CHC categories, including defining project objectives and scope, vendor selection, project management, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- You will contribute to continuous process optimization, enabling cross-functional collaboration, and facilitating best-practice sharing.
- You will work closely with the Global CHC Brand team, CHC Portfolio Management team, country marketing teams, and the Global Business Intelligence network.
Who we are looking for:
- You have a degree in business, marketing, management, or a research-related discipline.
- You have 5 to 8 years’ experience in Market Intelligence, Market Research, or Business Intelligence, obtained in a market research agency or in a Consumer Healthcare company.
- You have mastery in designing, conducting, and evaluating primary and secondary research in consumer healthcare to drive fact-based and data-driven insights using multiple research and analytic techniques.
- You have proven ability to effectively manage large multi-country consumer/healthcare professional primary market research projects and communicate actionable insights across multiple teams.
- You have significant experience with data (IMS, Mintel, IRI), analytics (Excel, Alteryx), and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- You are confident in analyzing and presenting data and communicating to cross-functional teams.
- You understand the media/digital landscape and how it can be used to shape consumer insight.
- You can multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- You are comfortable developing strong relationships within the business and across teams/markets.
- You have excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.
