Your Strengths

• AWS Expertise & ITIL Framework: You have at least 8+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and optimizing AWS solutions, with a strong understanding of ITIL best practices for cloud service management.
• Problem-Solving & Solution Orientation: You proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve complex cloud-related issues, conducting in-depth root cause analysis to enhance system reliability and performance.
• Cost Optimization & Efficiency: You excel at optimizing cloud infrastructure costs through workload rightsizing, auto-scaling, and strategic resource allocation, ensuring cost-effective cloud operations.
• Clear Communication & Leadership: You communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, mentor team members, and foster cross-functional collaboration to drive cloud strategy.
• Adaptability & Continuous Learning: You stay ahead of emerging cloud technologies, drive innovation through automation, and align architectural decisions with long-term business goals for scalable, resilient solutions.

Your New Role

• Cloud Architecture & Scalability: You design and implement secure, scalable, and cost-effective AWS solutions aligned with the AWS Well-Architected Framework, ensuring operational excellence and cloud-native adoption.
• Security & Compliance: You collaborate with IT Security to establish and enforce AWS security best practices, IAM policies, and governance frameworks while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as GDPR, DORA, and ISO27001.
• Cloud Operations & Performance Optimization: You monitor AWS environments, optimizing performance and cost efficiency under FinOps practices.
• Technical Leadership & Collaboration: You act as the functional technical lead, working closely with Solution Architects, Developers, and Cloud Engineers to align cloud strategies with business goals while driving innovation.
• Automation & Disaster Recovery: You implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform or CloudFormation, automate cloud operations, and improve disaster recovery and backup strategies.
