Job Description

About the role

Become the Team Lead of the Product Management team within our Business Group for Bipolar Discretes at Nexperia. The team plays a central role in our department by managing the product portfolio, overseeing the innovation roadmap, and leading the product launch and market introduction of new products.

This is your new job

• Manage the product portfolio, including Product Life Cycle, specifications, quality requirements, and initial pricing
• Develop the innovation roadmap and create business cases for new products
• Position existing products and introduce new products to the market
• Execute and fulfill business cases
• Conduct competitor portfolio analysis, technology and application trend analysis, and market research
• Contribute to marketing materials such as datasheets and promotional content
• Coordinate between marketing, development, quality, operations, and other departments within the Product Group RP8
• Lead a team of Product Managers

This is you

• Master’s degree or PhD in semiconductor device physics or electrical engineering
• At least 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in product management
• Deep knowledge of discrete semiconductor product development and application expertise in electronic hardware
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong customer focus and service orientation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluency in English
• Analytical and structured work approach
• Intercultural awareness and ability to work in international teams
• Leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel 10-15%
• Strong team leadership capabilities
• Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at the executive level
