Project Manager Business Partner (m/f/d) for Airbus, Hamburg

We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and are looking for a motivated employee for the position of Project Manager Business Partner (m/f/d).

Responsibilities:

1. Support the setup phase of projects, including creating project charters (timeline, objectives, goals)
2. Define requirements and assumptions with stakeholders and establish work breakdown and organizational structures
3. Create and monitor project schedules and coordinate project work streams
4. Manage stakeholders for alignment across functions and departments
5. Ensure requirements from stakeholders are accurately translated into deliverables, understood, and tracked
6. Manage risks and opportunities, highlighting potential risks and implementing ideas for opportunities

Your Profile:

1. Completed studies in engineering, aerospace, industrial engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
2. Over three years of professional experience in project management
3. Over one year of experience in manufacturing/production
4. Knowledge of Google Workspace (especially Slides and Sheets)
5. Knowledge of Waterfall methodology or Airbus-LBIP (Lifecycle for Business Improvement Projects)
6. German and French language skills are advantageous
