Your role

You will be part of the B2B & PRO Sales team, responsible for business development and annual sales performance in the Pro Video B2B market sector.

Your skills and qualifications

  • Advanced understanding of videographic & photographic products
  • Minimum of 3 years in content creation or the film industry desirable
  • Technical video background in B2B sector desirable
  • Commercially driven with sales experience
  • Proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ambitious with a professional appearance
  • Excellent command of German and English (spoken & written)

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand and manage the customer portfolio within your B2B sector (Pro Video). Develop relationships with key industry stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Serve as the Sector Specialist: understand market dynamics, competition, product trends, and Sony's share in the Pro Video sector.
  • Explore leads, generate business potential for Sony DI video & photo products, develop an annual sales plan, and identify market routes and partners.
  • Collaborate closely with local and pan-European Product Marketing teams.
  • Forecast, plan, and monitor sales performance against targets; maintain all B2B leads in Salesforce.com (SFDC).
  • Support key account managers in generating B2B demand and sales leads, and negotiate commercial terms and pricing.
  • Organize and execute B2B customer events (workshops, conferences, seminars, fairs), managing budgets and tracking KPIs.
