Tasks

• Work on a modern technology stack with NestJS, React, TypeScript, RESTful API, PostgreSQL, AWS
• Shape our service-oriented architecture
• Work in small distributed interdisciplinary teams where everyone takes ownership and responsibility
• Lead with context, not control. Bring your ideas and decide where they fit
• Always learn something. Be open-minded and hungry for knowledge
• Help team members with your experience, work closely with our Head of Engineering and Engineering Leads, and shape the product roadmap
• For Senior Applicants - a great opportunity to grow and lead a team. Mentor and support junior engineers, helping them improve and succeed

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience in software development with modern technologies
• Ability to quickly adopt our tech stack, especially NestJS and database optimization
• Understanding of OAuth 2, service-oriented architecture, and messaging systems
• Exceptional attention to detail and passion for your work
• Fluent English communication skills
• Openness to learning and growth opportunities
• Supportive team player with a strong work ethic, able to work independently and in teams
• Passion for sustainability, carbon management, and climate tech
• Excited to join our diverse, international team in Berlin or remotely within Germany's time zone
