You can work remotely throughout Germany or at our locations in Constance or Munich, with some travel (approx. 1x/month) to Munich or conferences, as our streaming studio is located in Munich.

What you can expect:

1. Develop and be responsible for innovative training formats with scientific added value.
2. Manage live events and training formats from conception to on-site support in Munich.
3. Maintain awareness of medical developments and challenges to align training content.
4. Participate in strategic planning and implementation of a balanced curriculum.
5. Create content for online channels (website, email, social media).
6. Attend medical congresses to stay updated and create content.
7. Identify and recruit key opinion leaders (KOLs), scientists, and build networks.

What you bring to the table:

• A degree in medicine or natural sciences, with or without a doctorate, or comparable background.
• Experience in scientific content preparation for medical/pharmaceutical fields.
• Interest in video and streaming formats.
• Ideally, project management experience.
• Independent, structured work style and innovative ideas.
• Existing network of experts (preferable).
• Confident communication with scientists.
• Excellent German and fluent English skills.
