A Day in the Life

Be at the forefront of the future of electrophysiology. As a Technical Consultant for our Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team, you'll impact patient care through Medtronic's technologies and therapies. We are dedicated to leading the market with our Affera Mapping and Ablation System, innovating ablation catheters, cardiac mapping systems, and electrophysiology products.

Join our community of experts committed to ensuring quality and affordable care worldwide. This role is based in Germany, primarily remote, with travel across Germany and Western Europe (80-100%). You will gain diverse market experience and build a strong international network.

Responsibilities may include:

• Planning training programs with the Sales Manager and teams
• Providing technical support to customers regarding CAS products and procedures
• Supporting sales and marketing during product presentations
• Reporting account, market, and competitive information
• Collecting and reporting customer feedback, product issues, and complaints
• Completing administrative duties, including activity reports

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
• Knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and products
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and focus on quality

Experience in the medical device industry or hospital operating room is highly valued.
