What you'll do

• Ongoing monitoring and analysis of project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices
• Managing project planning and scheduling will be part of your responsibilities, including budgets and progress tracking to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of project objectives
• Facilitating effective communication and collaboration between internal teams, external partners, and senior management will be essential to ensure seamless project delivery
• You will implement and manage change control processes for projects, including the creation and use of related templates such as decision requests and scope changes
• Identifying and mitigating project risks will be a key responsibility, by implementing contingency plans to address potential issues and keeping stakeholders informed

Who you are

• You have a business-oriented degree, such as economics or industrial engineering, or several years of relevant experience in project management and supply chain management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are among your strengths, enabling you to work effectively with cross-organizational teams and senior management
• You have extensive experience of managing large projects in an international corporate environment
• Strong consolidation, presentation and facilitation skills to effectively communicate project progress and results
• Fluent in both English and German to ensure clear and effective communication in an international context
