Long-Term Freelance Role

ENG Bauen are a highly specialized international talent management consultancy concentrating on the deployment of project execution and technical engineering resources to plant engineering and project groups. For over a decade, we have supported mission-critical CAPEX projects with the deployment of international resources.

There is an urgent requirement for an experienced Construction Manager to manage the execution of an infrastructure project for our international engineering client. Our client continues to support major green energy infrastructure projects across the European Union, which require skilled engineering and construction resources.

As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the management of on-site engineering teams and subcontractors to ensure that the facility turnaround is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will be working closely with the Construction Director across multiple sites and building upon previously gained knowledge in the industry to apply best practice solutions to these projects. If you are looking to take on responsibility and accountability for your projects while continuing to develop your professional skills and experience, this role offers you the autonomy to fully apply yourself to the project.

Key Accountabilities :

• Coordinate activities with onsite resources
• Regular reporting of project status
• Adherence to project scope, quality, safety, cost, and schedule targets during the execution phase according to overall project objectives.
• Manage the construction efforts on-site and ensure all activities are completed according to HSE standards

The Ideal Candidate should be / have :

• Previous project experience in Germany.
• Fluency in German and English.
• A strong understanding of HSE regulations and standards
• Prepared to travel when required
