Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Export Manager to join our team in Munich. You will be responsible for expanding our presence in international markets—especially the Gulf region, the USA, and other non-EU countries. This role involves managing distributor relationships, driving export strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and working closely with our R&D team to align product offerings with market needs.

- Key Responsibilities

1- Develop and implement export strategies to grow international sales

2- Identify, establish, and manage global distributor relationships

3- Ensure compliance with export regulations, product registration, and labeling requirements

4- Work with R&D on market-specific product adaptations and formula development

5- Conduct market research and competitor analysis in target regions

6- Handle export documentation, shipping logistics, and customs declarations

7- Attend international trade shows and events to promote the brand

8- Monitor export performance and report regularly to management

9- Travel internationally to meet partners and authorities (approx. 20–30%)
