What you will do:

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
• Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and promptly
• Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing major brands
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners and show empathy at all times
• Work towards reaching targets set by the client statement of work and internal goals
