We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Technician / Techniker (m/w/d) Building Automation in Böblingen, Germany, to strengthen our team.

Your Tasks

1. Collaborate closely with the Operations team and project managers
2. Maintain and commission control systems and components in building automation and security technology
3. Program MSR automation systems, access control, and video surveillance
4. Implement DDC programs
5. Adjust necessary system parameters
6. Conduct advanced system analyses and optimize systems
7. Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions
8. Clarify technical conditions considering customer requirements
9. Optimize energy efficiency of existing systems considering daily operations
10. Ensure customer support and system availability

Your Profile

1. Preferably an electrotechnician/electromeister or a completed training in electrical engineering with relevant experience
2. Experience in building technology (HVAC), programming or commissioning of MSR systems, MSR control strategies, and integration of various building automation bus systems (. BACnet) is advantageous
3. Good PC and network skills
4. Confident demeanor, good communication skills, and a strong customer and service orientation
5. Team spirit, commitment, and flexibility
6. Valid driver's license class B
7. Excellent German language skills, good English skills are a plus
