Position: Regional Partner Manager – Remote Germany

RingCentral, a $2 billion revenue company, is seeking a talented Regional Partner Manager to support our growth in the market. This role reports to the AVP of Channel Sales – EMEA and involves managing Regional Partners to generate revenue and meet quotas.

Responsibilities include:
  • Developing business plans with Regional Partners to identify sales opportunities.
  • Coaching and mentoring partner teams.
  • Creating sales and marketing campaigns to generate leads.
  • Understanding partner businesses and aligning RingCentral services.
  • Coordinating training and enablement programs.
  • Recruiting and managing new partnerships.
  • Building relationships with C-Level executives of partners.
  • Developing sales tools and serving as an internal channel advocate.
  • Participating in industry events.
  • Travel up to 50%.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years working with channel partners, IT distribution experience required.
  • Experience in cloud communications, UCaaS, and CCaaS is a plus.
  • Proven success in growing partner revenues.
  • Ability to influence C-Level decision makers.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
