Tasks

Role:

Responsible for developing the technical and functional vision that defines the project solution, translating it into directives, standards, and procedures for gradual implementation. Ensures the technical and functional success of the implementation or improvement projects, especially those of large scale and complexity. Participates in requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation, testing, training, and post-go-live support.

Serves as a reference in the company and the market or among competitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Solve complex problems related to the application's technical environment.
  • Collaborate and suggest improvements for the service at both the customer level and within the euHReka platform, supervising and managing input from team members.
  • Conduct integrated testing of complex applications.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing customers.
  • Contribute to knowledge reuse.
  • Apply methodological approaches to problem-solving and project management.
  • Promote system adaptation to changing business needs and technologies.
  • Serve as a technical reference, providing coaching and mentoring.
  • Manage the workload pool to optimize service delivery.
Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Technical knowledge and experience in SAP HCM, with mandatory Payroll expertise.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Technical overview of the application.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources processes.
  • Familiarity with various technical platforms.
  • Fluent in English and German.
