Tasks

• Drive initiatives to identify and implement digital tools and guidelines, supporting global teams in creating live brand experiences for ZEISS
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize digital tools and expand their use for inspiring live brand experiences
• Develop and implement guidelines and training materials for new tools and communication activities
• Maintain guidelines, training content, and tools; advise teams on planning and executing digital events
• Explore industry trends and best practices, share insights, and integrate innovations into the experience and tools

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Willingness to pursue a job-integrated Master’s degree
• Experience in Digital Events or Online Marketing
• Interest in digital technology and experiences
• Experience with virtual event formats is a plus
• Project management skills
• Fluent English (C1) and German (B1) skills
