Job Description

Join our User Centric Spaces & Places (UCSP) team in Luxembourg! As a Workplace Consultant, you will be responsible for providing holistic consultancy on projects related to new work environments, conference centers, and state-of-the-art meeting rooms — from conducting inventory and needs analyses to project handover, including but not limited to:

1. Developing usage and operational concepts as a planning foundation
2. Planning and coordinating relocations, including participation in user meetings, project meetings, and site inspections
3. Handling tendering and awarding of services (e.g., relocation execution)
4. Acting as a project manager, ensuring goals are met, and overseeing project control
5. Assisting in acquiring mandates and processing projects, including report preparation
6. Working closely with the digital and multimedia team

Qualifications

• Degree in architecture, interior architecture, facility management, or a comparable qualification
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the service sector, especially in workplace consulting or interior architecture
• Project management and leadership experience in developing modern office concepts is a plus
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit and MS Office, VectorWorks is a plus
• Fluent in German, English, and French, both written and spoken
• Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills
