• Lead OC&C case teams and projects, with daily client contact
• Manage client relationships on projects

About The Candidate

Responsibilities:

• Direct, manage analysis, design, proposal, implementation, and ongoing delivery of consulting projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and results
• Assist in client pitches and develop client relationships
• Establish acceptance within the company and clients as a strong, professional manager providing clear thought leadership
• Help position OC&C as a leader in strategic consultancy

Qualifications:

• First-class academic achievement from top-tier institutions
• At least seven years of experience in complex strategy consulting, including experience with blue-chip or strategy consultancy firms
• Experience managing work streams and teams
• Proven track record of developing successful relationships at senior executive and Board levels

• Analytical thinker capable of recognizing critical issues; highly numerate, hypothesis and issue driven
• Pragmatic, enthusiastic, and structured implementer who maintains pace and focus
• Appreciation for rigor
• Strong communication skills for internal and external interactions

Language Requirements:
