Role Purpose
Define security requirements for cloud platforms at METRO, based on industry standards and regulations, and monitor compliance. Own knowledge of security threats, controls, and practices related to securing cloud platforms and services.

Your Tasks:

• Define a cloud security governance framework and improve it continuously.
• Develop and maintain cloud security processes and support governance and risk management.
• Conduct security assessments, protection requirements, and risk analyses of cloud platforms.
• Create concepts to enhance security and decision templates for risk treatment.
• Participate in the secure implementation of new cloud technologies.
• Contribute to the development of DevSecOps and collaborate with IT teams.
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Qualifications

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security, or related field.
• Master's degree or certifications (CISSP, CCSP, AWS Security - Specialty) are a plus.

Experience:

• 3-5 years in cybersecurity, focusing on cloud security.
• Experience in defining and implementing cloud security requirements.
• Hands-on with cloud security tools (AWS Security Hub, Azure Security Center, GCP Security Command Center).
• Experience with security assessments and developing security concepts.

Technical Skills:

• Deep understanding of cloud architectures (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Managing cloud security controls like IAM, encryption, network security, data protection.
• Knowledge of security threats and vulnerabilities in cloud environments.

Analytical Skills:

• Ability to analyze complex security issues and recommend solutions.
