The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is responsible for actively managing the post-sales process with both direct and channel customers. The TAM must articulate the company's technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. The role involves identifying technical and business issues within assigned accounts to ensure complete customer satisfaction through all sales stages.

This position is open to candidates based in Germany.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide product and technical support for assigned accounts
  2. Develop relationships within accounts at executive and technical levels
  3. Identify and develop potential new business opportunities
  4. Drive growth within assigned accounts
  5. Convey customer requirements to Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering teams
  6. Provide functional and technical support to customers
  7. Respond to customer questions on technical and business issues
  8. Deliver high-level and detailed sales presentations
  9. Attend conferences, seminars, etc.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge in security and compliance: Vulnerability Management, Policy Compliance, Container Security, Cloud Security, Network Scanners, Audit Tools, and other enterprise security solutions
  • Strong presentation skills and professional communication in emails, RFPs, and reports
  • Ability to interact at all organizational levels, from C-level to technical staff
  • Organized and analytical, with creative approaches to sales obstacles
  • 5 years relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Willing to travel within sales territory
  • Fluent in German (native) and English
