As a Collections Analyst (f / m / d), you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of debtor accounts across Europe, helping to maximize cash flow and minimize bad debts. You will leverage your cash collections expertise and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely payments and resolve billing queries. Resilient by nature, you are comfortable in a customer-facing role and thrive in fast-paced environments where prioritization and attention to detail are critical.

Your Profile

1. Proven experience in a similar collections role, ideally in a complex multi-entity environment
2. Strong understanding of standard accounting systems, preferably Financial Force and Oracle
3. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines while producing high-quality work
4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with different audiences
5. Proficient in MS Word, Excel (Intermediate), and Outlook
6. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team
7. Fluent in German and English
