Summary

For the area "Engineering Product and Project Quality," we are looking for a "Quality Manager for Customer Support Projects (f/m/d)" at the Ulm site.

The "Engineering Product and Project Quality" department is responsible for Electronic Warfare, Avionics, and Radar programs, as well as development, sales, and logistics departments.

The department ensures effective process application with low risk, compliance with contractual requirements, and efficient execution of quality tasks.

Your Tasks

1. Work independently in an integrated project team including reporting systems
2. Ensure process compliance considering contractual and project-specific requirements
3. Plan and execute quality tasks focusing on customer support
4. Be responsible for qualification and acceptance of testers
5. Act as the contact person for the customer on project-related quality issues
6. Confirm product conformity regarding legal regulations and contract requirements
7. Achieve project goals within performance, time, and cost constraints while minimizing risks
8. Contribute to test planning, product validation, and verification of systems, sub-systems, and equipment

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally is required.

Your Profile

1. Degree in electrical, communications, aeronautical, aerospace, industrial engineering, or similar
2. Several years of experience in quality management and/or development
3. Knowledge of risk and requirements management
4. High initiative, leadership qualities, and teamwork skills
5. Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and consensus-building abilities with customers and partners
6. Excellent German and good English skills
