We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Manager for Trellix in Germany. The role involves growing new business sales, partnering with the renewals team, using a consultative sales approach, exceeding revenue targets, collaborating with technical teams, engaging at multiple levels within accounts, developing account strategies, and managing relationships with channel partners. Fluency in English and German is required.

About the role:

  1. Grow new business sales and expand existing accounts.
  2. Partner with inside renewals team to upsell and renew.
  3. Use consultative sales approach to position security solutions.
  4. Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  5. Collaborate with technical pre-sales and PS teams.
  6. Engage and present to multiple levels within accounts, including board level.
  7. Develop account and opportunity plans.
  8. Build relationships with channel and service partners.
  9. Manage sales CRM and produce forecasts.
  10. Engage with senior executives as needed.
  11. Stay updated on security market trends and products.

About you:

  1. Experience with MEDDPICC or MEDDIC is advantageous.
  2. Understanding of the security market, especially digital transformation and cloud migration.
  3. Experience working within a matrixed organization.
  4. Proven track record of rebuilding distressed accounts.
  5. Ability to achieve pipeline goals.
  6. Experience transforming stale accounts into active customers.
  7. Fluent in English and German.
