Job Description:

You will be a practitioner on our telehealth platform 'Intellect', supporting clients' mental health and personal growth through scheduled 60-minute video sessions. This is a freelance remote role with flexible hours. Local candidates are preferred but others are considered. It's a great opportunity to supplement your current job or private practice.

We're seeking Clinical Psychologists and Counsellors to collaborate in providing greater mental health access and coaching.

What You'll Do

1. Provide 1-on-1 telehealth or onsite mental health support for clients.
2. Address clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, etc.
3. Collaborate with the internal clinical team to suggest improvements to the program and platform.

Requirements

1. Masters in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
2. Postgraduate psychotherapy training (3-5 years) in one of four approved methods:

• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
• Psychoanalysis
• Depth-Psychology-Based Therapy
• Systemic Therapy

Candidates should be skilled in evidence-based approaches like CBT, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc., and hold an active State License (Approbation). Fluency in English and the local language is required. Experience in EAP, adult counselling, or managerial coaching is a plus. Willingness to work onsite if needed is also a plus.
