• Change Management: You drive change and transformation within the organization
• Coaching and Transparency: You coach teams to ensure delivery and create/support transparency within teams
• Innovative Discussion: You discuss ideas and find new ways of working
• Process Optimization: You continuously measure and improve processes to reduce cycle time and identify bottlenecks
• Departmental Alignment: You ensure alignment between different departments to decrease feedback cycle time
• Collaborative Focus: You work alongside Product Managers, leaders, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and focus on the right priorities

Your fitness level

• Professional Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a Kanban or lean environment and mapping End-to-End workflows
• Methodology Proficiency: Knowledge of practices like Kanban Method, KMM, Flight Levels, Lean, traditional PM, with formal training preferred
• Flexibility in Execution: Clear on the WHY and WHAT, flexible on the HOW
• Respectful Change Agent: Respectful of current processes, advocating evolutionary change
• Influential Communication: Strong communicator and coach, able to influence across organizational layers
• Technical Expertise: Well-founded technical knowledge and process understanding
• Tooling: Capable of maintaining workflows in Jira and acting as an admin
• Continuous Learning: Lifelong learner, ideally active in the Kanban community

Your training goal for your first 6 months

• Team Insight: Develop deep understanding of our teams
• Product Familiarity: Familiar with EGYM products and ecosystem
• Role Clarity: Clear understanding of roles within the software engineering department
