Service Technician I (m/w/d)

This position is part of the Global Service Organization located in Quickborn, Germany and will be on-site. At Mammotome, our passion is driving innovative technologies that create efficiencies, while never forgetting that at the heart of every breast cancer journey is a patient.

You will be a part of the Global Service Organization and report to the Senior Manager, Global Service Operations responsible for providing onsite support with the execution of daily operations, EH&S projects and partners with management to make improvements to the overall operation. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

1. Complete decontamination of incoming capital equipment.
2. Conduct repairs in accordance with prescribed repair procedures.
3. Perform debug of newly developed equipment/tooling.

The essential requirements of the job include:

1. High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 1-year experience in electrical and/or mechanical systems repair or equivalent required.
2. Maintenance skills in electronics, mechanical or electromechanical device repair.
3. Ability to read color codes on wiring and electrical components.
4. 10% travel with a mix of domestic and international locations.
5. Fluent in German and in English.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

1. Experience in medical device service and repair operations is strongly preferred.
2. Experience working in an ISO environment.
