As part of a direct placement , we are looking for a committed and responsible Team Leader (m/f/d) to take over a shift in production. In this key position, you will take over the management of a production team and ensure that production processes run smoothly - from compliance with quality standards to the optimization of production processes.

Your profile

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training and an additional qualification as a certified industrial foreman (m/f/d) in the field of electrical engineering
• Experience in production planning and control as well as in electronics technology
• Several years of management experience
• Ideally experience in microelectronic manufacturing and testing processes
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Fluent German and good written English skills
• Communicative, team player and customer-oriented
• Solution-oriented and reliable way of working
