Tasks

As an XR Project Event Manager, you will act as the main communication facilitator between partners and our internal team to ensure alignment technically, creatively, and logistically.

You will write project proposals, funding applications, and oversee and partially implement marketing strategies.

You will establish, prioritize, and maintain project schedules, track milestones and deliverables, and effectively propose and report project updates to stakeholders.

Working with our internal and external teams, you will refine and document the prototype production workflow by scheduling, facilitating, and ensuring best practices to capture the overall project status.

Requirements

• Work experience in events, XR, project management, and marketing
• Experience writing proposals and marketing materials
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in using project/task management software
• Ability to work well with others remotely via
  online collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)
