Job Description:

Part of the EMEA Strategic Transformation team for Retail, this role will enhance, support, and promote BY’s leadership position regarding processes and solutions within the Retail sector. The role will bring value to BY’s customers by ensuring alignment between the customer’s processes, people, and BY technology.

Key Tasks

• Act as an industry expert with deep domain knowledge in Retail to guide clients toward improved processes that drive profit, resource effectiveness, and overall process efficiency.
• Use facilitation skills to lead clients to solutions in business process, resource use, and BY technology.
• Stay ahead of industry best practices and operate as a thought leader in supply chain processes.
• Assist in driving software and services sales by demonstrating value and proposing roadmaps for success.
• Collaborate with Principal and Senior Enterprise Architects on Transformation ‘Blueprints’ for industry verticals (e.g., Grocery, Soft/Hard Lines, Energy & Convenience).
• Maintain close relationships with sales, management, consulting, customer support, and product management to secure and present proposals.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for industry conferences and forums.
• Be a trusted advisor on complex retail transformation programs.
• Lead a proactive, cross-functional culture across BY Customer Success and Delivery teams.
• Fluent in English and German.
