A leading company in the logistics sector is seeking a Sales Manager Branch in Duisburg. The role involves managing a sales team, developing business opportunities, and ensuring growth in revenue and margins. Candidates should have a degree in a related field and at least 3 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding, with strong leadership and bilingual skills.
Together with an own sales team, the Sales Branch Manager will be responsible for developing a Book of Business (BOB) within and for the Branch’s geographical reach by implementing company commercial strategies and products with the aim of accelerating growth. He / She will ensure delivery of significant P&L contributions for the Branch by controlling margins within its own BOB.
